About the Role

Vantix Systems Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Test Analyst, you will be responsible for test coordination and test automation support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead test activities, including test planning, test case development, and test execution.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts to support test automation efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and product management, to ensure test coverage and quality.
  • Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain test data, including test scripts and test environments.
  • Provide test input during business requirements gathering and detailed design specifications.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Maintain traceability of test cases to requirements.
  • Prepare or support the preparation of test plans and test cases.
  • Prepare test data, execute tests, and verify results and log issues.
  • Work on concurrent projects, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Write test cases from use cases, non-functional requirements, and design documents.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, and defect lifecycle.
  • Experience working as a Test Coordinator/Test Lead in an enterprise-level application development environment.
  • Experience working on concurrent projects, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with Agile methodology, ServiceNow platform, and user acceptance testing.
  • Experience with smoke testing, unit testing, system testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Experience working with business and AMS representatives to analyze issues reported by or in production.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in identifying testing issues and implementing improved processes and resolutions.
  • Experience making decisions and recommendations on highly technical or complex issues without formal guidelines or precedents.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience with smoke testing, unit testing, system testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Experience working with business and AMS representatives to analyze issues reported by or in production.
