Job Overview

Boulder Design Inc is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. This role involves working in a dynamic and challenging environment where you will contribute to various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials efficiently.
  • Site Preparation: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, and barricades.
  • Assistance in Construction: Support the framing of houses, erect walls, and assist in roof construction.
  • Site Maintenance: Level earth to meet fine grade specifications and perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Cleanup Duties: Remove rubble and other debris, ensuring a safe work environment.
  • Hazard Management: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants as necessary.
Work Environment

The role is primarily outdoors and may involve exposure to noisy, dusty, and potentially hazardous conditions. Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced and physically demanding work environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is preferred.

  • Transportation: Candidates must have their own transportation.
  • Work Hours: The position requires a commitment of 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is necessary.
