Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
- Sales and Revenue: Meet or exceed sales targets, prepare sales reports, and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, supervise and coordinate activities of sales associates, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Training and Development: Provide awareness training to employees on diversity, inclusion, and cultural competency to create a welcoming work environment for all customers and employees.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
