About the RoleThis is a full-time position offering a flexible schedule and the opportunity to provide hospital care, maternity care, or a combination of both. Our clinic is equipped with the latest technology, including Profile EMR, and we offer a supportive and collaborative work environment.
BenefitsAs a Family Physician with Island Health, you may be eligible for additional remuneration under the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA), including:
- Relocation assistance up to $15,000
- Recruitment Incentive - $10,000
- Fee Premium – 6.93%
- Annual Flat Fee – $7,142.42
- Rural CME starting at $2,000/annum in years 3 & 4 in the community, increasing to a maximum of $4,000/annum after 4 years
