Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at TOWN AND COUNTRY MOTEL. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for housekeeping supplies and services.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist housekeeping staff in performing duties as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that housekeeping staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects.
