Heating and Air Conditioning Technician Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Heating and Air Conditioning Mechanic Helper to join our team at Iron Dog Mechanical Systems Inc.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will assist our experienced technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and air conditioning systems. This is a physically demanding role that requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Assist technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and air conditioning systems
- Move tools, equipment, and materials as needed
- Signal safety procedures to other workers and the general public
- Help tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed
- Clean machines and immediate work areas
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces
- Ability to work in a noisy, dusty, cold, and hot environment
- Ability to handle heavy loads and work under pressure
The successful candidate will work in a variety of settings, including outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces. The work environment will be noisy, dusty, cold, and hot at times.
