About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team at Ancora Bar Corporel. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality beauty treatments to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultations: Meet with clients to discuss their beauty needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations for treatments and products.
  • Treatment Delivery: Provide a range of beauty treatments, including manicures, pedicures, waxing, and skincare services, to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
  • Product Sales: Sell beauty products to clients, including skincare, haircare, and makeup products, and provide expert advice on product usage and maintenance.
  • Client Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as esthetics or beauty therapy.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a beauty therapy or skincare role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues. Strong knowledge of beauty treatments and products, with the ability to provide expert advice and recommendations.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time role, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business objectives.
