Transmax Heavy Haul Inc. is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a Heavy Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across various locations.
Key Responsibilities- Load and Unload Goods: Safely load and unload goods from trucks, ensuring accurate and efficient handling.
- Operate Trucks: Operate heavy haul trucks to transport goods, adhering to company policies and regulations.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and perform maintenance tasks on vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with dispatch and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Documentation: Accurately record important information, including reports and documentation.
- Cargo Security: Ensure cargo is properly tarped and secured during transportation.
- Air Brake (Z) Endorsement: Possess a valid Air Brake (Z) Endorsement.
- Driver's License: Hold a valid Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and safe operations.
- Physical Demands: Ability to handle weight up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Qualities: Possess strong organizational skills, be a team player, and demonstrate a commitment to employment with Transmax Heavy Haul Inc.
As a Heavy Haul Truck Driver with Transmax Heavy Haul Inc., you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, transporting goods across various locations. You will be required to work 40 to 60 hours per week, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
