About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Team Member to join our team at Legault Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales strategies;
  • Develop and implement sales plans to drive business growth and meet sales targets;
  • Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their sales skills and customer service;
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise;
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance;
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and security procedures;
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment;
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and improve store performance.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a retail environment, with a strong track record of sales growth and team management;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college or university education an asset;
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues;
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
