Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Floor Concepts Ltd. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the timely delivery of our products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that products are accurately counted and stored in a safe and secure manner.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick orders and stock products in a timely and efficient manner, meeting customer deadlines and expectations.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects, and report any issues to management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve warehouse goals and objectives, and provide support and assistance as needed.
Work Environment

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on safety and efficiency. You will be required to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time, and may be exposed to extreme temperatures and weather conditions.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment an asset.
  • Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time, and work in a fast-paced environment.
