About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Labourer to join our team at Baxter Landscape & Tree Services Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, tying and securing plants, and performing various tasks related to lawn care and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Landscape Constructions: Assist with the construction of landscapes, including laying sod or seed, planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees.
  • Plant Care: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, and apply fertilizers as needed.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Repair and maintain equipment, including landscape maintenance equipment.
  • Task Completion: Complete tasks such as weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, and removing litter and garbage.
  • Reporting: Write daily basic progress reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
