Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading a team of sales consultants by providing training, guidance, and motivation to ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Take initiative in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Ensure that all merchandise is displayed in an appealing manner according to company standards.
  • Verify that all products are accurately labeled, priced, and that the point of sale systems are functioning correctly.
  • Promote the brand and its offerings within the local community.
  • Engage in personal development and stay informed about relevant training and store updates.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least one year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Education equivalent to GCSE level or higher.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
