Position Overview:

To maintain our momentum in the dynamic field of clinical research, we are looking for a dedicated, skilled, and client-oriented individual to fulfill the role of Clinical Trials IWRS Monitor. This position can be performed on-site or remotely in accordance with our flexible work policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for CTT Users regarding the Everest IWRS/IRT and eDiary team through designated helpdesk channels.
  • Assist in client inquiries and issue resolution, collaborating closely with CTT Developers and internal teams in Data Management and Statistical & Programming.
  • Oversee data generated within CTT applications to ensure precision and quality, including daily automated data checks and weekly manual data reviews.
  • Coordinate and validate database and application modifications following appropriate change control protocols, ensuring thorough documentation.
  • Act as an escalation point during off-hours for junior IWRS Clinical Monitor resources or outsourced support to address urgent client requests.
  • Develop, maintain, and review CTT Requirements Specification documents.
  • Conduct CTT application testing, including test planning, script development, and execution for both new applications and modification requests.
  • Create and update Quick Reference Guides for all CTT studies.
  • Facilitate CTT demonstrations for sponsors and training sessions for study team members.
  • Support communication and coordination with Sponsors, Study Team Members, and internal leads throughout the IWRS development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance personnel to conduct QA procedures on CTT applications as needed.
  • Analyze monitoring and support trends to identify new core features that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and user satisfaction.
  • Provide analytical support and project execution assistance to the CTT and Everest management teams for internal capability development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in health sciences or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical trial data management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, possessing a professional demeanor and a meticulous approach to data review and system development.
