Job Summary

We are seeking an Architectural Assistant to join our team at IFORTUNE HOMES INC. The successful candidate will assist in the design development process, prepare working drawings, and create presentation graphics and drawings.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design development process, ensuring that designs meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Prepare working drawings, including plans, elevations, and sections, to facilitate the construction process.
  • Develop presentation graphics and drawings to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure that designs are accurate, complete, and meet the required deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
