Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crusher Operator to join our team at Construction DJL Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our crushing circuit and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain the crushing circuit, ensuring optimal production and quality of materials
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on crushing equipment to prevent downtime and ensure safety
  • Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily and weekly production targets
  • Participate in safety initiatives and promote a culture of safety within the team
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in crushing operations or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of crushing equipment and maintenance procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
