Job Summary:

Rocky Mountain Equipment is seeking a skilled Agricultural Equipment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Service team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the proper functioning of our equipment, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recondition and repair equipment components and systems as assigned by supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate records of time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases in repairs.
  • Care for shop tools, equipment, and vehicles.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Order necessary parts and materials for repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety standards.
  • Complete safety expectations and reporting in a timely manner.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience working on CASE IH agriculture or construction equipment an asset.
  • Strong diagnostic and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Understanding of health and safety best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation.
