About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at 2212089 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality physiotherapy services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning

You will work closely with our physiotherapists and occupational therapists to assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes.

Treatment Program Implementation

Under the direction of our physiotherapy team, you will carry out treatment programs to rehabilitate patients with various injuries or disabilities, utilizing a range of exercises, apparatus, and manipulations.

Equipment Maintenance and Management

You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment to ensure a safe and efficient treatment environment.

Program Development and Coordination

You will work collaboratively with our team to plan and coordinate physiotherapy programs, selecting appropriate exercises and apparatus to meet the needs of our patients.

Work Environment and Requirements
  • Work Conditions

You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, requiring strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.

Physical Capabilities

You must be able to work in a physically demanding environment, requiring regular standing, walking, and lifting.

Language and Communication

You will work primarily in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.

Work Schedule

You will work a regular 32-hour week, with opportunities for overtime as needed.
