About the Role

The Enterprise Software Developer is a key member of our team, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. As a seasoned professional, you will work closely with our Manager, Enterprise Architecture to realize and implement services in the Enterprise Architecture domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain existing application systems, including financial services and workflow processes.
  • Participate in projects as required, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects on technical implementation of solutions for scheduled annual projects and tasks.
  • Work with Project managers and Business Analysts to ensure successful implementation of projects.
  • Assist with implementation and configuration of application systems and custom applications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation as required.
  • Work collaboratively with other IT departments and the user community.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues and requests received via incident management tracking system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 3+ years' experience designing and developing enterprise software within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong RDBMS/SQL skills, with experience in SQL Server preferred.
  • Experience with Legal applications an asset.
  • Experience with building SSRS reports an asset.
  • Develop applications using ServiceNow scripting and workflows an asset.
