We are currently seeking a Construction Site Coordinator to become a vital part of our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all facets of project operations, providing effective leadership for all site activities.
  • Plan, coordinate, and engage in all field assessments and site evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations, policies, and procedures relevant to the work being performed.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to address any deficiencies prior to project closure and communicate any additional work requirements to the Contract Administration team.
  • Accurately perform field measurements and report findings to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Document any discrepancies in work and promptly notify responsible parties with supporting documentation.
  • Foster strong collaborative relationships with the project team, clients, consultants, and trade contractors.
  • Communicate effectively with crews regarding transportation, equipment, and material needs for all projects.
  • Act as a liaison between field operations and contract administration, participating in necessary meetings.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all site activities, including notes, photographs, and reports.
  • Ensure field crews accurately log their working hours in daily reports and review these logs for approval.
  • Manage snow routes during winter operations, which may involve overnight responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Bid2Win (B2W) software is advantageous.
  • A valid Driver's License is required.
