Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Driver-Supervisor to join our team at 12124599 Canada inc. as a key member of our transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of truck drivers and transportation teams to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Train and Develop drivers and staff on transportation policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Coordinate Scheduling and logistics to meet customer demands and company objectives.
  • Ensure Compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Recommend Personnel Actions to management, including promotions, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Manage Resources effectively, including requisitioning and ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Supervision: 5-10 people

  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, team player
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
