Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Mr. Bowl & Sushi. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a secure and accurate manner.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Assist with clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverages.
  • Assist with special requests, such as accommodating dietary restrictions or preferences.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and perform other physical demands of the role.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
