Lifemark Health Group is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our dynamic outpatient clinic team. As a Physiotherapist with Lifemark, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing expert care and guidance to help them achieve optimal health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat out-patient musculoskeletal injuries, including strains, sprains, fractures, dislocations, muscle weakness, and limited range of motion
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough analysis and clinical reasoning
- Utilize electronic charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations
- Delegate treatment to Registered Kinesiologists and/or Physiotherapy Assistants as needed
- Collaborate with the inter-professional team at the clinic to ensure seamless care
- Supervise Physiotherapy students (as preferred)
- Communicate effectively with external stakeholders and client referral sources
- Manage a fast-paced caseload in a dynamic environment
- Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Physiotherapists
- 1-2+ years' experience treating clients in an outpatient setting (strong asset)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others
- Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
