We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team at NEW ERA FARM INC. as a General Farm Worker.
Key Responsibilities- Crop Management: Assist in the planting, cultivation, and irrigation of crops, ensuring optimal growth and yield.
- Harvesting and Packing: Participate in the harvesting and packing of fruits and vegetables, adhering to high standards of quality and safety.
- Greenhouse Maintenance: Clean and maintain greenhouses to ensure a healthy and productive environment for crops.
- Weeding and Cleaning: Perform weeding and cleaning tasks to prevent crop damage and maintain a clean work area.
- Quality Control: Examine products for quality and readiness for market, ensuring they meet our high standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Availability: Willingness to train and learn new skills.
- Work Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
