    • Operate security control room equipment to ensure a secure environment.
    • Patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect security breaches.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients and employees.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Documentation
    • Produce accurate and detailed reports of security incidents and events.
    • Maintain accurate records of security checks and patrols.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Hold a valid Security Guard License.
    • Hold a valid CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
  • Computer and Technology
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Transportation and Travel
    • Own a reliable vehicle for transportation to and from work.
