About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at G Square Builders Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 3-4 people and provide guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare production and other reports to track project progress and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Resource Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Various locations.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
