Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Sharon Madayag. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, ensuring a safe and healthy environment
  • Assist with medication management, as required
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
