About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vocational Trainer to join our team at RAPID FORKLIFT LTD. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our employees and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and outlines for courses
  • Evaluate student progress through tests and papers, providing constructive feedback and guidance
  • Advise students on program curricula and career decisions, ensuring they achieve their goals
  • Prepare and submit reports on training programs and student progress
  • Operate audio-visual equipment and conduct training sessions with ease
  • Deliver engaging lectures and presentations, promoting a culture of learning and development
  • Conduct course and program evaluation or review, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Flexibility, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Criminal record check
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week
