We are seeking a skilled Transportation Operator to join our team at CB Canada. As a Route Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers on a daily basis and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport passengers on assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Manage passenger behavior by effectively resolving conflicts and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Drive safely and responsibly, anticipating and responding to various road and traffic conditions.
  • Provide superior customer service, addressing passenger inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • A valid Class 1 or 2 driver's license with Air Brake endorsement.
  • A driver's abstract with no more than 3 demerit points.
  • Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol screening.
  • A clear criminal record.
  • Excellent driving skills and habits.
  • Ability to read maps and navigate.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • A good knowledge of the local area is an asset.
  • Ability to work shifts, including split shifts, weekends, and statutory holidays as necessary.

Additional Information:

  • This position may require working shifts, including split shifts, as well as weekends and statutory holidays.
