Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our team at Bell. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the research, ideation, and design of digital interfaces for our business clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the research and development of user-centered design solutions for digital products and services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to combine business requirements, user needs, and technological constraints to inform design decisions.
  • Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, usability tests, and other UX deliverables.
  • Work closely with visual designers to apply Bell's brand identity to your work.
  • Communicate design recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistency of user experience across different domains and products.
  • Contribute to the resolution of usability issues that arise.
  • Manage multiple projects and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UX design.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
  • Strong skills in user-centered design practices with complex requirements.
  • Practical knowledge of design or prototyping tools like Figma.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse team members and stakeholders.
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Portfolio or examples of work.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset; proficiency in French is required for positions in Quebec.
