Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that inventory is managed effectively.
  • Hire and manage food service staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Working Conditions:

  • Standing for extended periods and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
