About the Role

Westburne is a leading provider of energy solutions, renewables, lighting, wire & cable, automation, and connected network solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter/Warehouse Associate to join our team in Simcoe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with product inquiries, sourcing additional products, and receiving and processing orders via the counter.
  • Offer product knowledge and confirm stock availability to customers.
  • Maintain the showroom and counter shelves to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Pick, ship, and receive orders while replenishing stock levels in the warehouse.
  • Directly service customers via counter sales, confirm stock availability, and process orders and inquiries.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of prior counter sales/warehouse experience.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to impart knowledge.
