About the Role

This position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by working closely with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers in a safe and timely manner, utilizing Company vans or pick-up trucks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through effective sales and support
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting relevant products and services
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, driving business growth and success
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Pull and prepare products for delivery, loading and unloading items from vehicles as needed
  • Tint and mix products to customer specifications, ensuring quality and consistency
  • Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe and timely manner, adhering to company standards and regulations
  • Assist with vehicle maintenance, reporting repair and servicing needs to supervisors
  • Adhere to assigned routes and schedules, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Comply with all laws, traffic regulations, and safety procedures when operating company vehicles
  • Prepare reports and documents related to deliveries, maintaining accurate records and data
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role
  • Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
