About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Application Architect to join our team at KPMG Canada. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of cloud-based applications and services using Microsoft Azure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
  • Design and implement secure, scalable, and highly available cloud-based architectures.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards for cloud-based solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on cloud-based technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud-based technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to improve our solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in cloud-based application development and architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its services.
  • Experience with.NET 6 and above, Blazor, C#, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
  • Understanding of security principles and best practices for cloud-based applications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
