About the Role

As a Seasonal Store Manager at Pandora, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of sales associates to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a visually appealing store environment. You will be the ultimate Pandora fan, immersing yourself in our brand, culture, and product while taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising directives to create an engaging and immersive store environment
  • Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resource team to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations
  • Utilize your brilliance across talent, brand, operations, and fan experience to guarantee the timely implementation of operational processes and continuous talent development
