We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Truck Dispatcher Coordinator to join our team at Varaitch Holding Ltd. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to ensure seamless transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep track of work records, logs, and shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Monitor Workloads and Locations: Oversee personnel workloads and locations to optimize resource allocation and minimize delays.
  • Organize Warehouse and Work Areas: Ensure that warehouse and work areas are well-organized and equipped to support efficient operations.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with Maintenance and Repairs: Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure that vehicles and equipment are in good working condition.
  • Dispatch Personnel as Needed: Coordinate the dispatch of personnel to respond to emergency situations and ensure business continuity.
  • Record Expenses and Mileage: Accurately record expenses, mileage, and other relevant data to support financial reporting.
  • Schedule Assignments and Coordinate Activities: Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, reliable, and attention to detail.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
