Position Overview

As a Residential Care Aide at Zhor Aatany, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support to clients in their homes. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of personal care tasks aimed at enhancing the quality of life for those you assist.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer prescribed medications as directed.
  • Assist clients in aquatic environments, such as pools.
  • Support clients with bathing and personal hygiene routines.
  • Encourage and assist in regular physical activities, including walking.
  • Provide assistance with feeding or meal consumption.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning tasks.
  • Deliver personal care services tailored to individual needs.
  • Prepare and serve balanced and nutritious meals.
