About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Remediation Specialist to join our dynamic team at SLR Consulting. As a key member of our environmental solutions team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and technical remedial consulting advice to clients and SLR staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement remediation plans for all environmental media
  • Design, install, and evaluate in-situ remedial systems or field applications
  • Manage remedial and environmental projects and project teams
  • Contract management or tender specification of large remedial projects
  • Successful business development, client management, and preparation of proposals
  • Oversee performance monitoring and provide technical review of reporting
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline
  • 15+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Knowledge of provincial, local, and industry-specific regulations and guidelines
  • Licensed Professional Engineer or Geoscientist in BC, AB, or other provincial jurisdictions
  • Valid driver's license and willingness/ability to undertake short-term travel in Canada and the US
