Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and handle MEP designs, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with the design team, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in reviewing and handling MEP designs.
  • Minimum educational experience: Electrical engineering degree.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets.
  • Computer literate with MS Office (Word, Excel, Project).
  • Bilingual French/English required.
