About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Tin Cup by Little Greek. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and dietary needs of our customers.

Food Preparation and Presentation

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Kitchen Operations and Maintenance

Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.

Staff Training and Supervision

Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Work Setting

Our restaurant offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities to work in a team and develop your skills and knowledge.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure, but we offer staff accommodation and a competitive salary.
