About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team at SouthStar Immigration Consulting Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and build our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and build our brand.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute events, workshops, and meetings to promote our services and build relationships with clients.
  • Communication Strategies: Develop and implement communication strategies to engage with clients and promote our services.
  • Public Relations: Manage our public image and reputation through media relations and other public relations activities.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality content, including reports, briefs, website content, and press releases, to promote our services and build our brand.
  • Marketing Materials: Develop and implement marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to inform our marketing strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to develop and implement marketing strategies and promote our services.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong marketing and communications skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
