- Food Preparation: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop our food service staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budgets and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience at Late Night Pizza.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
