Job Summary
We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and build relationships to drive sales and customer loyalty
- Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals
- Assist with visual merchandising, set up, and other store-related projects
- Handle cash register transactions and maintain a high level of accuracy
Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to new programs
