  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the quality and quantity standards of BB.Q Chicken.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Supply Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
  • Team Leadership: Manage kitchen operations, including supervising staff and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
