Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to join our team as a Child Care Assistant in a casual supply capacity. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and supervision to children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide constant supervision of children and maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Conform to and maintain all health and safety regulations
  • Adhere to policies and procedures of the program
  • Maintain professional comportment synonymous with that of an employee of the Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board
Qualifications
  • ECE Diploma (ECE members must be in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators)
  • Experience working in a child care environment
  • Current vulnerable sector clearance check
  • Current immunization
  • Current Standard First Aid/CPR
Location

Various St. Charles Continuing Education Sites

Salary

$22.48/hour plus vacation entitlement
