The Parts Counterperson is a key role in our team, responsible for selling commercial vehicle and equipment parts to customers over the counter or by phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) regulations and our Health and Safety Policy.
  • Process daily shipments, deliveries, and pick-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts.
  • Issue credits for returned parts, verifying original invoices or numbers.
  • Participate in training programs and stay up-to-date on new products and updates.
  • Contribute to our lost sales tracking program.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • At least six months of experience in over-the-counter sales, preferably in a dealership or service setting
  • Experience with SAP is an asset
  • Criminal Record Check
  • Driver's Abstract
