We are seeking a skilled Commercial Service (Tire) Technician to join our team in the Truro store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service by performing on-site tire service on commercial vehicles according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute tire service operations on commercial vehicles by Kal Tire's standards, focusing on precision and efficiency to maintain service quality.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams for seamless maintenance and repair of commercial vehicle equipment, showing a commitment to excellence in all tasks.
  • Conduct thorough equipment checks, calibrations, and repairs, showcasing expertise in heavy-duty tire servicing equipment and tools to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Provide on-site fleet service, roadside assistance, and off-site commercial tire services.

Requirements

  • A valid Driver's License
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tire services.
  • A self-starter dedicated to maintaining a positive, collaborative, and constructive workplace.
  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to excel in a physical environment and comfortable lifting 50lbs at shoulder height.
  • Safety mindset, willing to wear all required PPE, and follow all safety procedures
