- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the natural products industry.
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products that meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
- Category Management: Manage category assortment, pricing, and promotions to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reports and analytics to track category performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a related role, preferably in the natural products industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and strong project management skills.
