Cybersecurity Manager, Embedded Systems

BlackBerry Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Manager to join our team in Ottawa, Ontario. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to development teams in the generation of work products to comply with ISO 21434.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake research projects or in-depth vulnerability analysis to identify potential security threats.
- Review project documentation and suggest changes based on cybersecurity requirements and best practices.
- Drive, contribute, and coordinate Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) activities in accordance with ISO 21434.
- Work with development teams to assess software defects for impacts to security.
- Assist and advise development teams on security testing activities.
- Automate processes, fuzz testing, scanning, and reporting to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced cybersecurity professional with a strong background in embedded systems and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and standards, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
