Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Business Intelligence ERP Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in showcasing product functionalities, evaluating business needs, and crafting reporting solutions utilizing SQL and Excel. Your proficiency in Microsoft Excel, combined with a strong analytical approach, will be vital in assisting our clients to maximize the benefits of our Excel-integrated reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients, addressing technical inquiries and showcasing advanced features.
- Create proof-of-concept projects to illustrate Velixo's capabilities to prospective clients.
- Collect and analyze client requirements, identify challenges, estimate project scope, and draft specification documents.
- Design and develop client reports based on established specifications.
- Provide initial support to new users, guiding them through product features and resolving common issues.
- Facilitate comprehensive training sessions for clients, partners, and team members to ensure effective product utilization.
- Produce training materials and documentation tailored to various user skill levels.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Velixo and the ERP systems we integrate with, while staying informed about the latest industry trends in reporting methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, computer science, or engineering.
- Over 5 years of experience in the enterprise software sector.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation functions, dynamic arrays, filters, conditional formatting, pivot tables, and data sources.
- A strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey complex information to clients.
- Proficient in SQL for data manipulation and extraction.
- Familiarity with financial reporting and basic accounting principles.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly Acumatica or Sage Intacct, is advantageous.
