Housekeeping Aide Job Description

At Holiday Inn & Suites Cloverdale, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to join our team. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, clean and disinfect elevators, and wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Requirements: No degree, certificate, or diploma required. Experience an asset. On-site work only. Relocation costs not covered by employer.
